Terms & Conditions Governing Your Use of okotk

Section 1

General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between okotk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, browses, or in any way uses the okotk website and all associated services, features, games, promotions, and content made available through it. These terms apply to all users based in Bangladesh or accessing the platform from Bangladesh, and constitute the entire agreement between you and okotk regarding your use of the platform.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by logging into an existing okotk account, or simply by accessing any page of the okotk website, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by its terms. If you are accessing okotk on behalf of another person or entity, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

okotk reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice for minor changes. For material changes — those that significantly affect a user's rights, obligations, or financial exposure — okotk will provide reasonable notice by publishing an update notice on the platform homepage and, where possible, by sending an email notification to the address registered on the account. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the okotk platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any specific game rules, promotional terms, or other supplementary policies published on the okotk platform, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise. All supplementary policies are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Section 2

Age Restriction and Eligibility

The okotk platform is strictly an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any game or betting market, claim any bonus, or conduct any financial transaction on the platform. This age restriction applies without exception, regardless of the nature of the activity — including free-play or demo modes where available.

In addition to the age requirement, eligibility to use okotk is subject to the following conditions. You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use. You must not be accessing the platform as an agent, representative, or nominee of another person for the purposes of circumventing these eligibility conditions. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement — whether placed directly through okotk or through any third-party responsible gaming programme — that prohibits your access to online gaming services.

• Minimum Age: 18 years. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any part of the okotk platform, including browsing game content.
• Age Verification: okotk reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts pending verification may be restricted.
• Underage Account Closure: Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and permanently. Any balance in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
• Parental Responsibility: okotk strongly encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming content. If you suspect a minor is accessing okotk, please contact [email protected] immediately.
• Single Account per Person: Each eligible person may register only one okotk account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — will be merged or closed at okotk's discretion.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on the okotk platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

When registering, you will be asked to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and an email address. You will also be required to create a username and a strong password. okotk stores passwords using one-way cryptographic hashing — the platform does not have access to your plaintext password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• One Account Rule: Each user may hold only one active okotk account. Opening duplicate accounts — even under different names or contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Account Updates: You must keep your contact details up to date. okotk uses your registered email and mobile number for critical security notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and responsible gaming alerts.
• KYC Verification: okotk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit a copy of their National Identity Card (NID) and proof of their registered payment method before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed.
• Account Sharing Prohibited: Sharing access to your okotk account with any other person is strictly forbidden. Each account is personal and non-transferable. okotk is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Two-Factor Authentication: okotk offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended and can be activated from your account security settings.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

okotk processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion applied on the platform — deposits arrive in BDT, balances are held in BDT, and withdrawals are paid in BDT directly to your registered payment method. This eliminates exchange-rate risk and hidden conversion fees for players in Bangladesh.

okotk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other approved payment channels as listed in the cashier section of your account. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. okotk reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice, though existing balances will never be affected by such changes.

• Matching Payment Methods: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. okotk reserves the right to require proof of payment method ownership before releasing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 in a single transaction, or ৳50,000 in a rolling 30-day period, may require KYC documentation before processing. This is a security measure to protect your account.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit from, and withdraw to, payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, minus any applicable transaction costs.
• Bonus Wagering Requirements: Funds received as part of a bonus promotion may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The specific requirements applicable to each bonus are stated in the promotion's terms. See Section 5 for full bonus policy details.
• Dormant Account Fees: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months are considered dormant. okotk may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant account balances, beginning in the 13th month of inactivity. Players will be notified by email before fees are applied.

Section 5

Bonus and Promotions Policy

okotk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. Every okotk bonus is governed both by these Terms & Conditions and by the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence for matters they explicitly address; these general terms govern all other matters.

All bonuses are credited in BDT and applied to a player's bonus balance, which is held separately from the real-money cash balance until applicable wagering requirements are completed. Players may at any time forfeit an active bonus — by doing so, the bonus amount and any winnings generated from bonus wagering will be removed from the account. The cash balance is unaffected by bonus forfeiture.

• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus offer may be active on an okotk account at any given time. If you claim a new bonus while an existing bonus is active, okotk reserves the right to determine which bonus takes precedence or to require forfeiture of one offer.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, all okotk bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be turned over before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements are listed as a multiplier — for example, 20x means the bonus must be wagered twenty times in total.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date from the time of activation. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry are forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse of Promotions: okotk reserves the right to cancel any bonus and close any account found to be abusing promotional offers — including through systematic low-risk wagering, coordinated multi-account exploitation, or any strategy that okotk reasonably determines is designed to extract bonus value without normal gaming risk. Abuse determinations are made at okotk's sole discretion.
• No Cash Equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully completed and the resulting winnings are verified. Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold.

Section 6

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the okotk platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these terms and with applicable law. The platform is provided for legitimate personal entertainment purposes only. Any use of okotk for commercial purposes, professional advantage, or in a manner that undermines the integrity of the gaming environment is strictly prohibited.

okotk employs fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, okotk may immediately suspend access to the account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, void any bets or game results associated with the prohibited activity, and permanently close the account with forfeiture of balance where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed.

Section 7

Game Rules and Betting Rules

All games available on the okotk platform — including live casino tables, slot games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their own specific rules published within the game interface or the sports betting section. These general Terms & Conditions apply in addition to, and not instead of, those specific game and betting rules.

okotk uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software across all non-live game categories. RNG certification means that game outcomes are generated by a mathematically sound process that cannot be predicted or influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party. Live casino games are hosted by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and are governed in part by those providers' own operational standards.

• Bet Finality: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the okotk system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the amount, market, and selection — before confirming it.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical fault or malfunction during a game session, all bets placed during the affected period may be voided at okotk's discretion and any amounts staked will be returned to the player's balance. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error are not payable.
• Sports Betting Rules: Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — follow okotk's Sports Betting Rules published in the sportsbook section. Markets settled in error will be resettled correctly; any resulting balance adjustments will be applied to the account immediately.
• Odds Changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. okotk is not responsible for odds displayed during periods of latency on the user's network connection.
• Maximum Winnings: okotk applies maximum payout limits per bet, per game session, and per rolling 24-hour period. These limits vary by game category and are published in the respective game rules. Winnings exceeding applicable limits will be paid to the limit; the remainder is forfeited.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

You may request the closure of your okotk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, okotk will process any pending withdrawals of verified cash balance to your registered payment method, after which the account will be deactivated. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.

okotk also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, failure to complete required KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe, provision of false registration information, underage access, or any activity that okotk determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

• Voluntary Closure: Players may close their account at any time. To initiate voluntary closure, contact [email protected] with a closure request from your registered email address. okotk will confirm closure within 24 hours of receiving a verified request.
• Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account due to concerns about your gambling habits, okotk's self-exclusion programme provides a more structured option. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened regardless of subsequent requests. • Balance on Closure: For voluntary closures and self-exclusions, any verified cash balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. For closures resulting from a breach of these terms, okotk reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation.
• Re-registration After Self-Exclusion: Attempting to create a new okotk account during an active self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any such account will be closed immediately and any balance it contains will be forfeited.
• Data Retention on Closure: Closure of your account does not delete your personal data. okotk retains player records in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. You may request a copy of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].
